Donmar Theatre, Dryden Street

The plywood structure of the Haworth Tompkins designed staircase was painted with vibrant colours, often juxtaposing the opaque hues with the reflective and dichromatic paints. A Rococo inspired painting intervention dematerialising the wooden structure with a geometry of painted shadows and reflexions – a colour saturated staircase.
